A Filipina showed that Pinay beauty has indeed international class and quality, even in the plus size category of a beauty pageant.
Cebu native Jodel Mesina was crowned Miss Top of the World Plus Size during the competition held in Singapore on Monday.
Mesina bested 14 other contestants from other parts of the globe as shown in photos posted on the Facebook of Mrs/Miss Top of the World.
Contestants representing Ukraine, India and Israel also took part in the pageant. The other contestants were showcased in the pageant website https://topoftheworld.lv/en/plus-size.
Singapore’s bet won first runner up, while Latvia’s candidate came in second runner up. /jpv
