Fill the the days at home with anticipation for Christmas Day by putting up a festive table. Start by using Christmas tree ornaments.

If you’re expecting guests, you may feel generous enough to allow them to take home the ornament to remember the occasion.

What we used:

Candy cane and tin star ornaments (SM Home section)

Red string (We took them from Uniqlo paper bags.)

Stock paper cut into 2-inch diameter round shapes

Black pen

Scissors

Shopping bag handles

Candy cane place card holders: Cut the shopping bag handles and use as ties to bind two candy canes together as place card holders.

Prop up the card with the written name on your candy cane stand.

Use the tin star ornaments as napkin rings.

Insert the napkin through the twine of the tin star ornaments.
