Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque distributed on Wednesday condoms in Malacañang in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
Roque, through his staff, distributed a box of Department of Health’s lubricated rubber at the press working area at the New Executive Building in Malacañang.
Female members of the Malacañang Press Corps, meanwhile, received a bouquet of flowers.
Valentine’s Day this year coincides with Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of Lent.
During this day, the members of the Catholic faith usually observe fasting and abstinence from meat.
