What’s another thing to be happy about when you’re in senior high school? Another high school prom!
Last March 17, the De La Salle University I.D. 117 had its own prom at Makati Shangri-La with the theme “Gala Night.” Students named the event “Aruea”—which means golden.
The seniors wanted to have golden memories with the people around them that night, people they will remember forever.
Some students performed onstage, others dazzled in their evening gowns and suits.
For them, it was a very big night filled with laughter and excitement. That night, they didn’t care about academics or whatever papers they needed to submit.
They just enjoyed the night with their close friends. The night was for building memories. —CONTRIBUTED
