The basics: plastic container, aluminum foil, baking soda, boiling water

Nothing brings as much posh elegance as silverware—but it requires regular cleaning to maintain its shine and brilliance.

Due to popular demand, we are bringing back our no-fail method for cleaning silver.

You will need:
A plastic bin
Aluminum foil
Baking soda
Boiling water

Line the bottom of the plastic bin with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place your silver pieces on the foil bottom.

Sprinkle baking soda on the pieces.

Pour boiling water and watch the chemical reaction: Tarnished silver turns into gleaming beauties before your eyes within seconds.

Line the container with foil.
Sprinkle silver items with baking soda.
Add boiling water.
Watch the magic happen!
