A popular Hong Kong restaurant is opening a branch is Manila this May.
Kam’s Roast, a Michelin-starred joint known for its roast duck, suckling pig and premium sausages, will be opening its doors to Filipinos starting May 15 at Mega Fashion Hall at SM Megamall.
The family-grown brand was brought to the country by FOODEE Global Concepts, the company which also introduced the Michelin-star restaurant Tim Ho Wan to the Philippine market.
Kam’s Roast has branches in Hong Kong and Singapore.
