Bookends as style statements

Spruce up your bookshelves and turn them into design elements.

We took a couple of wood and ceramic figurines and turned them into interesting bookends!

Once you get going, the fun ideas and themes are endless!

For our “Asia meets Africa” bookends, we used:

2 wood figurines (bulol from Baguio, African iron wood tribal figurine)
Sample granite squares
Glue gun

Glue the bottom of the figurine, centered, on one edge of the granite square.
