ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — A business student from Tarlac bested 20 other aspirants, including national beauty contest veterans, for the 2018 Miss Midori Clark crown in ceremonies staged at the Festa Hall of Midori Clark Casino at the Clark Special Economic Zone Sunday night.
Jasmine Omay impressed the judges and the audience in the two stages of questioning to receive the crown designed by Manny Halasan, P300,000 in cash, and P790,000 worth of pilot training from Omni.
Finishing second is Emma Tiglao from Pampanga. She was a runner-up in the Mutya ng Pilipinas and Miss World Philippines pageants and a semifinalist in the Binibining Pilipinas contest.
Elaiza Alzona place third, followed by former Miss Bikini Philippines Christine Opiaza.
Rounding up the winning circle is Annie Uson, also the recipient of the Miss Photogenic, Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown awards.
This is the first edition of the contest that seeks an ambassador for the corporate social responsibility projects of Midori Clark Casino and its parent company BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corp. /atm
