5 haircare products you’ll be thankful for

When it comes to my hair, I have five products I’ve been using lately that I want to recommend. I’ve been using them for quite a while and I can say that they’re quite reliable.

If you’re in the market to look for a new product to try, or something specific for a certain hair concern, I hope you find something in my list below.

Davines Absolute Beautifying Potion

1. Davines Absolute Beautifying Potion
I use this to create a deep conditioner. I add it to my regular conditioner and it keeps my hair frizz-free. The oil also gives a detangling effect.

L’Occitane Aromachologie Soothing Scalp Oil

2. L’Occitane Aromachologie Soothing Scalp Oil
When it comes to haircare, your scalp is as important as your hair itself. A healthy head of hair isn’t possible without a healthy scalp. This oil from L’Occitane is a blend of sweet almond, jojoba and grapeseed oils which can keep sensitive scalp hydrated.

Olaplex Hair Perfector

3. Olaplex Hair Perfector
For colored hair, I love this one. It’s true when it claims to “reconnect broken disulfide sulfur bonds in the hair.” I went ahead and bought my own bottle as I like it that much and since it’s a smarter choice if you use it often, rather than getting the treatment in the salon.

Ouai Wave Spray

4. Ouai Wave Spray
For a beach hair look, this one is good to have. It’s made with rice protein so your hair can have texture without dryness. Oh, it smells good too with Italian lemon, amber and white musk.

EVA NYC Mane Tamer Leave In Cream

5. EVA NYC Mane Tamer Leave In Cream
Full of vitamins and nutrients, this leave in cream makes my hair soft yet strong. It also keeps the frizz and fly-aways away, so when I tie my hair, it keeps my hair looking sleek and less messy.
