The Smoking Joint (TSJ), a highly-rated casual dining place in Makati specializing in pork spare ribs and beef brisket smoked at a low temperature for long hours, is celebrating Oktoberfest with a live gig featuring the Bleu Rascals on Oct. 13.
In 2012, the Bleu Rascals became the first band to represent the Philippines in the International Blues Challenge (IBC) in Memphis, Tennessee.
In 2013, the band won the top prize at the Cotai International Jazz & Blues Festival in Macau.
In 2015, the Bleu Rascals released its debut album, “Badge of Courage,” on CD. This year, it came out with a new single, “Overnight Love,” on Spotify.

Mondays to Wednesdays from 4:20 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Crispy Knuckles plus four bottles of San Miguel Pale Pilsen or San Mig Light for P999;
- Three pieces of Assorted Sausage plus six bottles of San Miguel Pale Pilsen or San Mig Light for P799;
- Unli Margarita, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
