Asia Brewery, Inc.’s (ABI) locally produced premium water in 100% recyclable glass bottles Summit Still and Sparkling Water support Boracay’s environmental efforts in line with its re-opening on October 26.

Best known for its white sand beaches and the go-to-place for relaxation for locals and tourists alike, Boracay was home to over 2,000 establishments before it closed its doors last April 2016 for rehabilitation purposes.

“It is with great joy and pleasure that we get to help raise awareness and encourage individuals and companies to live and operate more consciously with the environment in mind. In our own little effort, we are able to somehow contribute to the call of Boracay to reduce plastic.” ABI Marketing Manager Jill Villanueva shares.

In 2017, ABI launched Summit Still and Sparkling Water and celebrated the first of its many partnerships with environment advocate World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines (WWF). As proof of its commitment, ABI will give part of Summit Still and Sparkling Water’s proceeds to help strengthen organization’s environmental efforts.

“ABI leverages on its state-of-the-art facilities to manufacture innovative products that likewise adapt to the needs of our environment. Premium drinking water Summit Still and Sparkling are packaged in 100% recyclable, environment-friendly glass bottles. As we continue to support Boracay to achieve environmental stability, we are in high hopes companies and individuals will share this passion with us to save and help restore Boracay one bottle at a time,” Marketing Manager Jill Villanueva adds.

As one of the major partners of this recently launched campaign, Summit Still and Sparkling Water offer Boracay establishments and visitors premium quality water in highly sustainable glass bottles – the best alternative to single-use plastics.

ABI Summit Still and Sparkling Water will also tap into other local PH tourist destinations in fulfilment of its commitment to the environment.
