Makati City, Philippines – Daniel Wee, The Ascott Limited Philippines Country General Manager, recently announced the appointment of Rennan John Reyes as Residence Manager of the company’s newest premier development, the Citadines Bay City Manila. Reyes will oversee overall operations when the 212-room serviced residence / hotel opens on November 28, 2018.
Reyes, who has been with The Ascott Limited since 2014, specializes in operations, financial management, and property management, and has particularly extensive experience in project management and pre-opening properties.
Prior to his appointment Reyes was the Residence Manager of Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati. Reyes was also the pre-opening process champion of Somerset Alabang Manila that was recognized as the best Pre – Opening Process for Property Under Development (POP AWARD) in Ascott worldwide in 2017.
With almost two decades of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, it is with much excitement that Reyes takes on his new role, as Citadines Bay City Manila gears up for its opening on November 28.
