MANILA, Philippines — After bringing home the country’s Miss Tourism World 2019 Intercontinental title, Francesca Taruc confessed that she is still “speechless.”
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Taruc shared a television report of her victory from GMA Network’s 24 Oras as she brought home yet another pageant win for the Philippines.
“Im still speechless!!! We did it, Philippines!!!!! Mabuhay!!! #misstourismworldintercontinental #philippines #GmaNews #24oras #FrancescaTaruc,” Taruc’s post read.

Taruc, who is from Angeles City, Pampanga, bested other contestants in the Miss Tourism World 2019 Intercontinental on Tuesday night, which was held in Nanjing, China.
The beauty queen also received the “Best Body” award during the pageant’s preliminary round. /ee
