“Saludo,” under the direction of Bahjo Cabauatan and Onin Estrella, is a production of Leonora Sy, together with the Philippine National Police-Police Community Relations Group (PNP-PCRG) under the leadership of PNP C/Supt. Rhodel Sermonia.
