Dinner for two at Mangan Restaurant (P999) includes a choice between Ensaladang Talong or Everybody’s Lumpia; Suam na Tahong Soup; and a choice between Sizzling Chicken or Crispy Adobo for the main course. It also includes Watermelon Shake and Tibok Tibok topped with strawberries for dessert.

Visayan dishes at Cabalen

Cabalen celebrates the festive flavors of Visayas’ Dinagyang, Sinulog and Ati-Atihan festivals.

There’s Cebu’s Ngohiong, slow-cooked Balbacua and Humba Visaya. For healthy and light eaters, there’s Iloilo’s Law-Uy and Tawi-Tawi’s Gusô Salad. There’s also La Paz Batchoy and Nilarang na Salmon Belly, Bacolod’s classic Inasal or the Cebuanos’ Stir-fried Bam-i.

For dessert, there’s the crispy Pinaypay and Puto Maya.

Set menu at Kitsho

Kitsho has a special Valentine set menu priced at P1,960 for two. The gustatory experience starts with Tuna Sweet and Spicy Salad, followed by Fish Sake Soup. Main course is Hamachi (yellow tail tuna) Katsu while dessert is Buttercream cake. The meal comes with two complimentary glasses of red or white wine or beer.

Diners who prefer the buffet spread can enjoy their favorite Japanese dishes at P1,350 for lunch.

Valentine promo at Richmonde

Richmond Café at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas has a special dinner buffet (P1,498 net per person) planned for Valentine’s Day. Included are Italian-inspired dishes, seafood starters and cold cuts, assorted salads, breads and soups. Choices for the plated entrée are grilled rib eye with mushroom sauce and pan-seared salmon with lemon cream sauce.
