A-listers go to Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo for world-class treatments, whether it be for proper skincare or some much-needed nip and tuck. Her ambassadors, collectively dubbed as the ‘Aivee League,’ include Heart Evangelista-Escudero, Kathryn Bernardo, Karen Davila, Gretchen Barretto, Bea Alonzo, and Maja Salvador, to name a few.
Despite her busy schedule as she juggles regular days at The Aivee Institute (which has numerous awards under its belt), mommy duties for her brood of three, and various travels both for work and for pleasure, she manages to look polished and stylish all day. (Feel free to stalk her Instagram Stories as she gets candid with friends and clients who drop by her clinics.)
Watch the video below and read on to get the lowdown on her style staples while ogling at her lust-worthy shoe collection.
What’s your usual day like?
I usually spend my mornings with my family before going to work. I try to spend as much time with them as I can because I go to work the whole afternoon until evening. For six days a week, I go to all the different branches of my clinics so that I can accommodate patients from different cities. After work, I go to events or come back home and bond with my family again.
What’s your morning ritual?
I read the bible and pray everyday. This jump starts my day with a good mood and a clear mind.
What’s one thing people don’t really know about you?
I love food! Because of my slim figure, most assume that I don’t like eating that much or I always reject good food. But on the contrary, I actually get excited when eating out, especially when I travel with my family to different countries. I am always on the lookout for new delicacies to try.
Wear whatever makes you happy and makes you feel like the best version of yourself
Modern, feminine, and chic
Do you have any style rule that helps you in putting an outfit together?
Whatever I wear, it will always be fitting to my age and my body type and I wear my clothes with confidence.
How would you describe your personal style?
Modern, feminine, and chic. I like trying new trends and mixing and matching pieces from different brands and designers. I also make sure that the pieces I have are comfortable but stylish since I go to work most days of the week.
Whose style influences your dress sense? Why?
In terms of style, I look up to Victoria Beckham, Princess Marie Chantal of Greece, and Carine Roitfeld. I like women who are confident enough to wear bold but classic pieces, and women who wear them with grace. These women have different personal styles, but I am influenced by all three so my fashion is always fun and versatile.
Is there any accessory or style piece that you’re never caught without?
You’ll never see me without my accessories. I always wear my bracelet or my watch because it adds a twist to any outfit I wear.
What’s next on your shopping wish list?
I am hoping to get new pieces from Stella McCartney which is my favorite brand or new Dries van Noten items, my current obsession.
I often let her choose her own clothes so that she can express her creativity
Keli clearly loves to dress up, what do you think influenced her to love fashion too?
I think she got her love for fashion from watching me dress up every day, may it be for work or events. My dressing up every day has surely influenced her into being a little fashionista as well.
Do you dress Keli or let her choose her own outfits?
I often let her choose her own clothes so that she can express her creativity. When we go shopping, she’ll even choose her own stuff to buy and it’s so cute because at a young age, you can already see that she’ll be a mini me.
What’s one fashion advice you would give her?
Wear whatever makes you happy and makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
