We love a good pop-up. Just for today, Bun Appetit and Manila Creamery are taking over Prominent Manila for a Sunday of delightful treats. Enjoy seafood rolls, special drinks and Manila Creamery’s mango float.

The pop-up runs from noon to 7 p.m. on May 26.

Prominent Manila is at 49 Scout Alcaraz St. Sta Mesa Heights Quezon City.

Chef Miko Aspiras’ Sweet Finale

Award-winning chef Miko Aspiras (Le Petit Soufflé, Scout’s Honor) is saying goodbye to Manila for now as he sets off to start a new life in Australia.

His chef friends are sending him off the best way they know how—with delicious food—and they want you to be a part of it.

Noel Mauricio, Patrick Go, Sunshine Puey, Chico Orcine, Aileen Anastacio and Miko will be whipping up a memorable dinner at The Grid on May 31.

It’s P2,500 per seat (or P3,500 if you want your reservation to come with a signed copy of “A Piece of Cake,” Miko’s first book and collaboration with pastry chef Aileen Anastacio).
