MANILA, Philippines — Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is back home in the Philippines.

 

The beauty queen posted Monday a photo from an aircraft window via her Instagram account captioned “Home” with an emoji of the Philippine flag.

Gray is based in New York City after she captured the Miss Universe crown in December 2018.

 

Gray will pass on her crown as Miss Universe  – Philippines during the Binibining Pilipinas 2019 coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, June 9.

 

Other queens relinquishing their crowns are Miss Intercontinental Karen Gallman, Miss International first runner-up Ahtisa Manalo, Miss Supranational finalist Jehza Huelar, Miss Globe semifinalist Michelle Gumabao and Miss Grand International participant Eva Patalinjug.
