On Father’s Day, nothing is more special than cooking a healthy meal for the head of the family. Celebrity chef Rosebud Benitez shares a delicious, easy-to-follow seafood dish for dads that can be done in a jiffy.
Benitez’s Asian Noodles with Shrimps is quite filling with a sweet-salty sauce, garnished with edible flowers for that extra-adorable presentation.
“I want it to be filling, yet still light in the tummy and flavorful,” Benitez says. “More important, I want it to be more healthy by preparing the pasta dish using the all-new Tefal’s Titanium Expertise range.”
Tefal’s latest cookware enables home cooks to prepare meals with ease with the patented Thermo-Spot technology. It has a red spot indicator in the middle of the pan that provides the signal for the ideal temperature to cook the dish.
“Tefal Titanium Expertise has a multilayer, nonstick coating built for intensive, every day use up to 12 years,” says Yovi Valenzuela, Tefal Philippines brand manager. “You can pop it in the oven up to 175 degrees Celsius for an hour. It’s dishwasher safe and suitable for use on all hob types as it is also induction hob compatible.”
The range includes a fry pan, wok pan, saucepan, shallow pan, stew pot and grill pan in various sizes.
Tefal Cookware is exclusively distributed by Rustan’s Marketing Corporation and available in leading department stores nationwide.
