Trim your roses, cutting the stem to just the bottom of the flower, and insert the toothpicks.

You may also combine the flowers with fruits such as fresh strawberries, turning this into a dessert wonder!

You will need:

Cone-shaped Styropor (National Book Store)

Cake board, bigger than the bottom of your cone

Aluminum foil

Adhesive tape

Toothpicks

Roses

Strawberries or any fruit, optional

Wrap the Styropor cone with aluminum foil and secure with adhesive tape. Place the cone at the center of the cake board

Start pressing in the toothpicked blooms into the cone until surface is completely covered.
