Happy Ongpauco-Tiu introduced me to this recipe when I visited her quiet home. A delicious, light pasta that doesn’t need a lot of time and effort. It’s perfect for when you’re stuck indoors due to our rainy weather and when you need to switch up the usual fare.
All you need are some vegetables, penne pasta, and lots of cheese. It’s because of the last ingredient that makes the pasta a hit even with children. So I definitely serve this one up if they are being a little stubborn when eating their greens.
I also have to note how we used a bit of baking in this recipe. It then makes it all the appropriate to create some warmth inside your kitchen.
It’s also important to note the use of GLAD Aluminum Foil. Each serving of the pasta is wrapped inside them. This makes not only as an aid for cooking. This makes the pasta convenient to bring with you. Ongpauco-Tiu suggests it for “baon” for your kids to school.
GLAD Aluminum Foil is created to preserve the flavor of your food in between meals. They can also double as on-the-go packaging for your kids lunch or even for your own needs. This is a hack I learned from Happy!
