On TV: Dennis Trillo plays a man who killed, cooked, and ate his father

Just when you thought TV was getting irreparably dull, here comes a TV drama with a cannibalistic turn.

In an episode of Magpakailanman on GMA, Dennis Trillo will play “a character named Samuel, a criminal who killed, cooked, and ate his father due to a mental condition,” according to a report by Bandera.

The episode is entitled “Patawad, Ama Ko” (“Forgive Me, Father”).

In an Instagram post, the actor said it’s the probably the toughest role he had to do in his entire career.
