TGIFridays Bonifacio High Street is now serving breakfast | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

There’s always a first time for everything, right? Remember your first attempt at bungee jumping, your first teenage crush, your first visit to an awesome country or your first salary ever!

TGIFridays is celebrating a FIRST after 25 years in the Philippines!  It’s now serving breakfast daily from 7 am to 10 am at its Bonifacio High Street branch. Dubbed as the “Fridays Breakfast Club,” it gives guests hearty dishes worth getting up early for plus fee Americano coffee!   So rise and shine, get out of bed. You could sure use a perk me-up and a delicious energy jolt to kickstart your day.

Who can resist the classic Country Chicken and Waffle, a plateful of crunchy chicken and crisp-tender waffles in one plate!  What’s more, tots will love the Kids Waffle version, especially made for them.

Eat like a king with the Breakfast of Champs, a hefty meal consisting of pecan pancakes, two eggs, bacon, and Andouille sausage. If you want something sweeter, try the Blueberry Vanilla Waffle; keep warm and snug with Better Together, grilled cheese sandwich and pumpkin soup combo) or the Smoked Bacon Florentine in a brioche bun.

Savory Filipino favorites should not be missed on Fridays-BHS. Start your day with a steaming hot Arroz Caldo for The Soul, then move on to the classic Good Ol Beef Tapa and you will never go wrong. There’s also Breakfast Tocino, Fridays Classic Smoked Bangus, Fridays Longamonado (combination of longganisa and hamonado), Crispy Garlic Liempo, and Skillets Breakfast Adobo—rice meals to start your day right with.

Are you a health buff? No problem. TGIFridays had you in mind when it concocted the “Healthy Eats”. Try the Fresh Morning Salad (greens, watermelon, grapes, and pineapple slathered with lime cilantro dressing then topped with a fried egg and cashew). There’s also the Booster Bowl (bacon served with egg, kale, granola, and honey), and the Kale and Quinoa Salad (greens, kale, and quinoa, topped with poached egg and drizzled with Caesar dressing).

Other equally winning choices are Sausage Fridays Muffin, Andouille Stuffed Omelet and Guiltless Omelet

Conclude one fine day with Mango Peach Perfect and indulge in peach, mango, yogurt, and granola or have your share of a seasonal fruit platter called the Morning Glow.  There are beverage options from the TGIFridays’ bar, too like hot and cold coffee brew options plus a range of freshly-made fruit-based drinks in the menu.

Get up, and get your share of fun with the Fridays Breakfast Club and you will have your day made, even before it has started.
