Rustic dish warmer

Prepare materials.

Stainless-steel chafing dishes look cold and boring. Keep your dishes warm and make them look inviting.

You will need:

3 regular-sized clay bricks (8” x 4”), available in hardware stores

2 smaller bricks (8” x 2”)

1 can alcohol gel (available at True Value, Ace Hardware or Makati Supermarket)

Place one of the big bricks at the bottom. Flank it with two others standing on their side. Thesewill be themain support forwhat you’ll be keeping warm. Top the structure with the two smaller bricks. They will serve as the dish stand.
Place your alcohol gel at the center of the structure.
Tip: Make sure your serving dish is oven- and open-flame proof.
