Flame presents Carnivore: A four-hands dinner with Chefs Luis Chikiamco and Sau Del Rosario

Discovery Primea’s Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco and renowned chef and restaurateur Sau del Rosario bring their culinary expertise together to stage CARNIVORE: a four-hands dinner at Flame. Using premium U.S. Wagyu beef cuts, the chefs have curated a special multi-course menu highlighting Filipino flavors and techniques, interpreted with modern flair and sensibility. Featured dishes include SRF Wagyu Beef Sirloin “Lechon Baka”, Josper-Grilled SRF Wagyu Rib-Eye Cap, and more. 

Meat lovers, foodies and culinary connoisseurs are invited to join this one-night-only affair on Tuesday, 1 October 2019. The CARNIVORE collaboration dinner is offered at PHP4,500++ per person, and includes exciting wine pairings. Rate is subject to taxes and service charge.
