For his exemplary service of 20 years as honorary Consul General, Miguel Ma. Guerrero was recently given a citation by the Commonwealth of Jamaica.

Ambassador Ricardo Allicock flew in from Tokyo to present the award on Aug. 6 at the Manila Polo Club.

A number of ambassadors from Asia, the Americas and Europe, as well as members of the diplomatic and consular corps, and the Guerrero and Tesoro families and friends were present to grace the occasion.

An international food buffet was served, and Caribbean music was provided by Marcy.
