MANILA, Philippines — An ongoing 20-day photo exhibit showcasing the craftsmanship of Tariff Commissioner Ernesto Albano is drawing rave reviews while on display at the Arts Gallery of the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City.
Dubbed “Let Me Tell ’Ya ’Bout: The Birds and the Bees…,” the exhibit opened on Sept. 30 and will run up to Oct. 19.
It is the second of such project put together by Albano, a lawyer-economist by profession with a passion for photography.
