Solaire Resort and Casino welcomes 2020 with the latest offering in its Culinary Masters Series, a program that brings to Solaire some of the world’s most renowned chefs. The Culinary Masters Series has famously flown in the likes of Japanese three-Michelin Star chef Jun Yukimura and Singapore’s top celebrity chef Justin Quek, to give guests the chance to experience global culinary talents right here in Manila.

This 2020, the Culinary Masters Series will spotlight Solaire’s signature Italian restaurant Finestra as host to another celebrated and Michelin Star chef, Beefbar Hong Kong’s Andrea Spagoni. This exciting announcement tops our reasons to visit the restaurant in the coming month. Check out this list for more:

1. Experiencing the culinary talent of Chef Andrea Spagoni, a Michelin Star chef twice over

On February 5 to 8, Chef Andrea will bring in his brand of gastronomic skill to Finestra. As co-owner and Executive Chef of Pier Bussetti, Chef Andrea played a monumental role in earning the restaurant’s One Michelin Star. He is currently the Executive Chef of another Michelin-star restaurant, Beefbar Hong Kong – a stylish restaurant concept that revolves around the intricacies of beef and, much like Chef Andrea’s way, practices a deep understanding of its characteristics to fully bring out the meat’s nobility.

2. Seizing the opportunity to feast on a fabulous treat from two world-renowned chefs

Chef Andrea will be working with Finestra’s own highly lauded chef de cuisine Alan Marchetti as he introduces his take on Italian classics as reinterpreted masterpieces, infused with the rich flavors of the world. Patrons of Finestra will thrill in how the familiar flavors put together by chef Alan will work with the perspectives of chef Andrea, who is famous for his imaginative take on Italian cuisine and steakhouse.

This event is in partnership with Beefbar Hong Kong, Lai Sun Dining, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, and Werdenberg.

3. Delighting in the novelty of a world-renowned chef working with homegrown ingredients

Prepare your palate for a truly unique experience as chef Andrea works with local ingredients. Imagine the Philippines’ best produce in the hands of one of the world’s best chefs. It will be an experience like no other.
