The immune system and the 7 chakras

When the deadly SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) spread to several countries in 2003, with no cure at the time, it created global panic. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared it a worldwide epidemic.

COVID-19 is caused by the same pathogen that struck in 2003, but is reportedly more deadly because it has mutated and is still without a cure or vaccine. Originating in Wuhan, China, it quickly spread to several countries, including the Philippines, within a month.

I recall that when SARS broke out in 2003, we asked the spirit, while I was in a trance, what could be done to protect us from the deadly virus. The answer quickly came back: “By strengthening your immune system.” When we asked further how we could strengthen our immune system, the spirit replied: “By meditating and activating the seven major chakra.” The spirit even chided us for asking the question, because it said that I had been teaching the method for many years.

I didn’t understand what the spirit meant, until I looked again. The seven chakra (or psychic or energy centers) circulating in humans are intimately connected or related to the endocrine glands in human physiology. The endocrine or ductless glands guard against infection by boosting the immune system, among other functions.

Further readings revealed that the seven major chakra are also connected or related to the vagus nerve, what is considered the main component of our body’s parasympathetic nervous system, controlling our relaxation responses. By stimulating the chakra, we can also stimulate the vagus nerve. Some researchers have advanced the opinion that the vagus nerve is actually physical proof that the chakra really exist.’’

No scientific proof

Although the chakra system is well understood and accepted in yogic philosophy and practice, there is yet no acceptable scientific proof of its existence. The reason is that the chakra do not exist on the physical plane, but on the etheric energy field of the human body. It is, however, visible to psychics, mystics and clairvoyants.

The corresponding physical counterpart of the chakra in the human body are as follows:

1) The root chakra, located at the coccyx region, which is red in color

2) The sex chakra, two or three inches below the navel, orange

3) The stomach chakra, in the solar plexus, yellow

4) The heart chakra, in the thymus region, green

5) The throat chakra, in the thyroid area, blue

6) The brow chakra, between the eyebrows, indigo. This is the seat of clairvoyance, the Third Eye.

7) The crown chakra, at the top of the head, violet

By meditating on and visualizing these seven centers of subtle energy, one can stimulate the endocrine glands and also the vagus nerve to boost our immune system.

I offer no scientific proof that this method can boost the immune system and thus protect us from COVID-19. But my simple reply to skeptics is: What have you got to lose if you practice it? Perhaps 10 or 15 minutes of your time. That’s all. INQThe next Basic ESP and
