#Goals: Quarantine style feat. Danielle Steel | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

In quarantine we mortals find ourselves missing showers, unglamorously languishing in raggedy clothes—but not Danielle Steel.

Indeed we expect no less from the author whose author’s portrait features the author and her portrait (in a corseted ballgown, of course), painted by artist Anne Mackintosh.

The couture doyenne and bestselling author, who has written over 170 books, has been giving us “inspirational sweatshirt” looks since the lockdown.

Alongside the #OOTD dispatches are Steel’s reflections on life in lockdown.

“Think of the people who survived wars, the occupation of their countries, who survived the diseases, deprivation and brutality of concentration camps and prison camps,” Steel writes, wearing a red Clare Vivier “Ça suffit!” sweater, “Every day we wake up healthy is a blessing, every day our loved ones are not affected is another blessing.”

Check out some of Danielle Steel’s quarantine style hits, and words of wisdom (including dog-training tips), below.
