Latest on the Erwan Heussaff Youtube channel is a food trend that has the world working their arm muscles and whipping coffee to a cloud-like froth.
Filming while in quarantine in Australia, Erwan Heussaff offers three coffee recipes inspired by the Dalgona coffee trend.
If you aren’t familiar with it, dalgona is a Korean honeycomb toffee made with brown sugar, corn syrup, and baking soda.
Dalgona coffee is a latte-type drink inspired by this candy, and is made by whipping coffee and sugar, then dolloped atop iced milk.
Erwan also makes a Milo version and Vietnamese egg coffee, which he says is “the true OG”.
