GROCERIES
MetroMart, www.metromart.com
MetroMart lets you shop from the comfort of your home while their buyers do the work for you. Order groceries from Robinsons Supermarket or S&R using their service. Slots fill up fast, though, so patience is required.
WalterMart, www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph
WalterMart also offers grocery delivery, but slots are often full so you’ll need to keep checking the site for availability.
GrabMart
Last week, Grab launched GrabMart, their new on-demand everyday goods delivery service. It’s available only in certain areas of Metro Manila but they have plans of adding more locations soon. Use your app to order toiletries, milk, detergent, pet food, snacks, pantry supplies and more. Make sure you order early because GrabMart operates until 5 p.m. only.
Landers, www.landers.ph
Landers members can shop on the Landers website. Like most delivery services, Landers is also experiencing delays because of the challenges brought on by the lockdown, so they ask for patience as they continue to serve you.
Green Grocer Manila, www.thegreengrocermanila.com
Green Grocer Manila will deliver fruits, vegetables, organic chicken and other groceries to your home. They ask for patience as well, though, because the lockdown has made their manpower smaller.
MEAT
Rare Food Shop, www.rarefoodshop.com
Rare Food Shop usually sells premium meat and seafood like their award-winning American Wagyu, A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, or their grass-fed organic free range Bolzico beef. But to help people during the lockdown, a post on their Facebook read, “The team decided to shift our focus from selling high value products to focusing on cheaper and more affordable products in order to help people stay at home and stay safe from the virus.” You can still order lovely steaks from them but you can also get chicken and meat for bulalo, beef stew, samgyupsal, bistek, salpicao and more.
READY-TO-COOK FOOD
Mr. Delicious, www.mrdelicious.ph
Mr. Delicious offers high quality frozen food—from different kinds of soup to cured meats and more. They have an average delivery time of one to two days and are working with a skeleton staff so they ask for your patience.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
The Murang Gulay Shop,
www.facebook.com/The-Murang-Gulay-Shop-2296732347253892/
Starting April 6, The Murang Gulay Shop can only deliver to Manila, Pasig, Marikina, Quezon City, Makati and Mandaluyong.
DRINKS
Boozy, www.boozy.ph
Need alcohol of a different sort? Can’t blame you, we feel like drinking, too. Order your booze—beer, whisky, wine, gin, tequila, vodka and more—from Boozy. They also offer snacks to go with your drinks. And they also deliver soft drinks. Because of the lockdown, Boozy delivers only to Makati, Pasay, Taguig and Pateros. Order by 5 p.m. to get your goods on the same day.
Wine Depot, www.winedepot.com.ph
Get your wine fix from Wine Depot.
