Now, more than ever, it’s important to find happiness in the simplest of things, to find joy at home as we face moments of anxiety and uncertainty, and to uplift each other to overcome forthcoming challenges.
Throughout the next couple of days, we’ll be sharing what your favorite personalities have been up to during self-isolation, their small wins, and their self-discoveries to give you a reprieve from the current news cycle. Hopefully, these Q&As, albeit brief, will encourage you to make the most of this challenging experience and remind you that you are not alone as the world continues to fight to weather the storm.
Here’s our quick chat with vlogger and host Nicole Andersson who apparently has quite a green thumb and has recently learned she can cook!
What do you miss most?
I miss just being able to hang out with my friends whenever I want.
What’s the first thing you plan to do when the quarantine ends?
Go to PILATES! I need to work on my strength once again. It’s not the same
You really don’t need much to be happy.
What have you realized about yourself from this experience?

What are 5 things you haven’t done before that you finally accomplished during this quarantine?
1. I got to empty my inbox COMPLETELY!
2. I learned how to cook (for real) not just boil and bake.
3. I got to spend quality time with my dog which is rare because I’m always traveling.
