Editor’s Picks: What to give dad this year

What’s the perfect father’s day gift? I guess it depends on the father in question, really, but you can think of it has falling generally under two categories: gifts for the longer haul—something utilitarian, something that dad can use all the time—and those once-in-a-while indulgences of a moderately debauched nature that nonetheless spark immense boyish joy. What’s dad in the mood for in these bleak times? Leave the ideas to us, all you do is take care of the tab.

A home gym upgrade. If dad began to setup a home gym during quarantine, now is the best time to contribute to that commitment and cheer him along the road to fitness.
