Radio jock DJ Chacha feels it is commuters who are most affected by the implementation of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) from Aug. 4 to 18.
(Since we’re back to MECQ, the first thing I thought of were the commuters because public transpo will be lessened. Hope the LGUs will provide transport for those reporting for work.)

Chacha said in another tweet today that the MECQ will further burden commuters reporting for work.

(Check the guidelines of MECQ carefully, commuters are the ones badly hit. These people go to work, not minding COVID-19 so that they can put food on the table. Hope there is also a plan for them. Let us not make them walk to and from work?)
She felt that government agencies should provide transportation for workers who will be affected by the MECQ guidelines.
DJ Chacha’s followers expressed the same sentiment in their reactions.
One @jers022597 said commuters walk from Cavite to Makati and other cities, and lamented that it was also the rainy season.
Another Twitter user, @AicaSilmar, said that the plan should not have been rushed and suggested that other agencies and congresspersons should have been sought for help. NVG
