Real estate has become the latest addition to Neri Naig-Miranda’s string of businesses, taking her cue from interested people who want to be neighbors with her, she jested.
The celebrity mompreneur got the inspiration to venture into the real estate after getting inquiries from other people, as per her Sept. 2 post on Instagram, where she is seen standing on a vacant, uncultivated land.
“Ang daming nagmemessage sa akin dahil gusto nilang bumili ng lupa sa Alfonso. Gusto nilang maging kapitbahay ako, hihi!” she said. (There are many people sending me messages because they want to buy lots in Alfonso. They want me to be their neighbor [giggles].)
“Naisip ko, ang saya nga nun kung magkakapitbahay tayo tapos may garden tayo, hihi!” she added.
(I thought it would be fun if we do become neighbors and have a garden [giggles].)
Naig thus thought of getting into the real estate business and the “TEAM WAIS REAL ESTATE” was born.
“Pwedeng pwede na po tayong magkapitbahay!” she told her future clients. (We can now be neighbors.)
Naig assured them that everything – paper work, permits, among others – will be handled by her company, for hassle-free dealings. She also stated that her company offers “very flexible [modes] of payments” aside from also offering moms an opportunity to earn extra income through referrals.
She also clarified that the company has a partner real estate company, and with licensed brokers.
“Ang Team Wais Real Estate po ay referral agents po ang aking kinukuha para makatulong sa mga misis, mister, kahit di pa misis at mister na nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa pandemya,” she added.
(For Team Wais Real Estate, referral agents are what I get, to help wives, husbands, or yet-to-be wives and husbands who lost their jobs because of the pandemic.) JB
