Korina Sanchez treats furry babies to Batangas staycation: ‘This is a dog’s happiness, freedom’

TV host Korina Sanchez had a blast as she treated her furry babies and staff recently to a three-day and two-night staycation in Batangas.

Sanchez expressed her happiness as she showed fans some moments from the vacation on her Instagram page yesterday, Sept 14.

Posting a collage of photos which showed the animals’ various activities, Sanchez said her “heart is FULL” seeing her “loved ones” enjoying the brief getaway.

“Planned this excursion of my staff and all my [pets] and fostered dogs to Tara Woods Farms for a while now. [The staff is going nuts being] locked down for six months!” she said.

Sanchez admitted that “the poor animals have little space in the different homes I manage,” in stark contrast to Tara Woods where “you can bring your pets to run unleashed for almost as far as the eyes can see.”

“This is a dog’s happiness, freedom,” she declared, adding that “they have to be safe and healthy too!”

Sanchez enthusiastically shared the dogs’ “complete attendance”: “[My] dogs: Goya, Chelsea, Cocoa, two new aspin pups of our househelp, Lily and Alex the chichuahuas, Buddy, Princess, Burger and Trina, and my fosters Zen and Nacho the pitbulls, Sydney the aspin mixed breed and Chika the chow.”

What was missing was “Kolette because hahanapin ni (will be looked for by) Lola Judy and Bishop who I’m caring for because he has a heart something. Nagpranic healing kami kanina (we had pranic healing earlier) for Bishop the shihtzu.”

It was a day well spent as the dogs were able “to run and swim and eat and bond” while their “human caretakers are FREE in open, covid-free space.”

Last month, Sanchez called on interested people to reach out to her via adoptapetfromk@gmail.com so she may help them adopt rescued pitbulls. JB
