MANILA, Philippines — Miss Batanes Jan Alexis Alcano bagged the Best in Tourism Video award in the Miss Universe Philippines 2020.
Elcano previously showed off the beauty of her hometown in an Instagram post.
“Batanes, I will wear your name across my heart, with all my heart,” she said.
More than 40 candidates are vying for the Miss Universe Philippines crown.
The coronation ceremonies is being held at the Baguio City Country Club, and will be broadcast over GMA and empire.ph on Sunday, Oct. 25.
