Go Hotels by Roxaco-Asia Hospitality Corporation rolled out globally-approved safety measures to help reassure guests during the COVID-19 health crisis.

Circle of Clean, an elevated standard of hygiene and cleanliness based on the New Normal protocols recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Department of Health (DOH), is a meticulous response that allows the brand to redefine their operations towards safeguarding the well-being of everyone.

Adhering to the government’s directives and regulations, the Circle of Clean program has been implementing the following processes and procedures: (1) guest will be informed of hotel protocols and guidelines via email pre-arrival, (2) online Health Declaration Form shall be accomplished prior arrival, (3) guest is encouraged to avail pre-payment options, (4) mandatory temperature screening in hotel entrances, (5) intensified disinfection of contact surfaces and public areas, (6) keycards are thoroughly disinfected with ultra violet instrument, (7) alcohol and sanitizers are stationed in high-contact areas, (8) physical distancing markers are put in place, (9) regular misting of public areas, and (10) strict observance of food handling protocols.

Every room across the hotel properties feature their Circle of Clean door seal to indicate that the room has been properly cleaned and disinfected. To ensure the quality of equipment, Go Hotels has been consistently using hospital-grade disinfectants based on the standards issued by the Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Tourism (DOT). Cleaning tools and equipment also undergo extensive disinfecting after every use.
