Despite the pandemic which wrought havoc on many Filipinos, despite the various calamities which hit the country and despite the ABS-CBN shutdown, singer Zsa Zsa Padilla still has “much to be grateful for” in 2020.

The singer rattled off reasons she has remained thankful as per her Instagram post today, Dec. 31, where she posted a photo of her and her daughter Karylle.

“Happy last day of 2020! There is always so much to be grateful for,” she said in her post.

“Even though I didn’t see too much of anyone in person, I want to thank the one reading this for the love shared online. I feel your presence whenever you write to me, share a like/heart, drop a note or make a comment. Thank you! It means so much,” she said.

Padilla expressed gratitude for her family and friends and the times she had the chance to be with them and felt their embrace.

“Thanks for all the FaceTime and daily messages. I love you all,” she said.

She’s also grateful for the “work and the loyalty of my Mother Station,” ABS-CBN.

“Despite everything that has happened, we are still doing what we love most! Thank you! And thank you to all the viewers who stuck it out with us — who watched us online while patiently waiting for us to be back on free TV,” she said.

Another thing she’s thankful for is her vlog Buhay Probinzsa and her whole team behind it.

“We came to be because we wanted to entertain people at home missing the life outdoors and life in the province. Thank you, team, for your love and dedication. May bigger and better things happen for our YouTube channel,” she said.

Of course, she’s grateful for her partner Conrad Onglao for making their dreams come true through Casa Esperanza and Esperanza Farms. “Our work is not done and many challenges still lie ahead, but I’m happy that I’m facing them with a very reliable person. He’s a blessing to me,” she remarked.

“I am grateful for my health and for my family’s. I strive to be a better person and to always do good,” she said. “And most of all, I wish to just spread love and positivity.” NVG
