Actress Erich Gonzales wants to make an investment in lots so that her hard-earned money will not be put to waste.
Gonzales scored the importance of investing in lots as it is a win-win situation for the investor as per her YouTube video last Sunday, Feb. 21.

“Maybe you’re wondering [kung] bakit tayo naghahanap ng lote. It is because puwedeng vacation house or rest house or puwedeng doon na rin tayo tumira. But one thing is for sure, investment talaga siya. Kumbaga, land banking pa,” she explained while scouting for lots in her vlog.

“You can never go wrong sa pag-invest ng inyong heard-earned money sa mga lote or lupa kasi nag-appreciate talaga siya, hindi siya nagde-depreciate. Best talagang investment iyong mga lupa or lote,” she added.

Among the vast lots that she looked at were corner lots and one by the seaside.
