After showing off her bag collection months ago, Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo this time gave her fans a peek into her shoe collection.
Bernardo, in the “My Favorite Designer Shoes” episode of her YouTube vlog last Sunday, revealed her collection, which is a mix of go-to heels and flats.
First off, Bernardo showed her Christian Louboutin lady peep-toe 150mm pumps which were in black, white and nude. Calling it her most-used pair, she got it as far back as when she was only 18.
“I am turning 25 now and I’m still using this. So, I feel like this is one of the most used and pinaka-practical na nabili kong heels (the most practical heels I bought),” she said. “I like this so much because this makes my legs long. I don’t know, [it’s probably] six inches or higher. It’s like a classic.”
For the actress, it is a must-have. She encouraged her fans to invest in similar pieces they can use to the fullest.
She showed her two Stuart Weitzman nude sandals next, which she uses during events or occasions where she has to wear a gown or a formal dress. She noted, “I like it because it is very comfy but still it’s pretty.”
While Bernardo is not into black heels, she has a black pair of the same Stuart Weitzman sandals that she also classifies as one of her most-used pairs of shoes.
“If there’s a pair na sobra kong nagagamit sa lahat ng events, sometimes concerts or just dinner or sa dates, it is this pair. I like this because kaya kong mag-stand on these heels for like hours. Usually, if I have events and gusto ko maka-move around ako, this is the perfect pair for that,” she said.

Bernardo believes that a woman needs to “invest in a white, nude and black pairs of shoes.”
“Kapag meron ka ng tatlong colors na ’yun, you’re good to go. Kaya mo na ‘yung paikut-ikutin sa maraming outfits,” she said.
(If you have those three colors, you’re good to go. You can alternately use those in many outfits.)
She also showed her Gucci Brixton loafers which she likes because it’s a timeless piece. She also has a Chanel lace-up oxfords. She fell in love with it because of the classic combination of black and white on it.
Then there’s her Chanel ballerina flats, another favorite since it was given to her by her boyfriend, actor Daniel Padilla.
“Sentimental ako na tao so hindi ko siya masyadong sinusuot kasi ayoko siyang magasgas kasi patent siya so gasgasin,” she said.
(I am a sentimental person so I don’t wear it often, because I don’t want it to get scratched, because it is patent and prone to scratches.)
Other designer shoes in her collection are a Dsquared2 Riri sandals, Amina Muaddi Lupita sandals, Gianvitto Rossi red bow satin pumps, and lastly, Christian Louboutin Follies Strass pumps. JB
