Kris Bernal reveals ’10 weird things’ about her

Kris Bernal has her own weird side which she fearlessly shared recently with her fans and social media followers.

The actress made the revelations via her Instagram page on Friday, April 23. She started off with her “thing for horror movies.”

“It’s like a challenge-accepted kind of thing every time I watch it. I like watching them though I keep my head down 75% of the time,” she said.

Bernal takes pride that she “can kill a cockroach, not be afraid and not feel like it is gross.” She’s quick to make it clear though that she can’t deal with the creature when it is flying, saying, “ibang usapan na ‘yan.” (That’s another story.)

She loves wearing her “super old clothes” as pambahay or house clothes, even when they’re already filled with holes.

She used to be called “bayawak” in school, and she thinks it’s because she “looked small and fragile.”

One of her pet peeves is people who “fake their lives in photos and videos.”

While studying, Bernal was into theater arts; now, she wishes she should have tried to enroll in a dance club.

She loves listening to podcasts on financial education and her only time to listen to them is when she runs.

With her small frame, Bernal is not into diets, saying, “every day is a cheat day for me but I always make it a point to manage my cravings in portion.”

During her free time, the actress looks for donation drives in the internet so she can donate.

Lastly, while she is into the cosmetics and restaurant businesses, Bernal admits to not having the talent for cooking or even doing proper makeup.

Bernal, who was a longtime Kapuso actress, started to embark on a freelance acting career last year as her GMA Network contract expired. She later signed up with Cornerstone Entertainment as one of its talents. JB
