MAKATI CITY, Philippines—After weeks of online preliminary competitions, the Miss Queen of Hearts Philippines pageant has announced the 10 delegates who will advance to the next round and vie for several titles.
On its social media account, the national pageant released the names of the 10 finalists: Glenmayne Yalung (Nueva Vizcaya), Julia Mendoza (Sasmuan, Pampanga), Sophia Mae Andanar (Atimonan, Quezon), Kathie Lee Berco (Pangasinan), Apriel Joanna Zapanta (Cebu City), Irene Guzman (Luna, La Union), Famela Rose Santos (Pampanga), Maerylle Blauta (Abuyog, Leyte), Rose Michelle Ilagan (Oslob, Cebu), and Ednalyn Gunio (Taguig City).
Those based outside the National Capital Region will travel to Metro Manila to compete in the coronation night on July 5, in a venue that will be announced soon. But before the finals, all 10 finalists will undergo several online challenges and interviews.
The pageant will crown the Philippines’ representatives to the 2022 Miss Global Universe, 2022 Miss Tourism Worldwide, 2022 Miss Lumiere International World, and the 2021 and 2022 Miss World Peace pageants, all under Lumiere International Pageantry based in Singapore.
The competition will also bestow the following titles: Miss Queen of Hearts Universe, Miss Queen of Hearts World, Miss Queen of Hearts International, Miss Queen of Hearts Earth, and Miss Queen of Hearts Global Tourism.
With 10 crowns at stake, all the 10 finalists are guaranteed to take home titles.
