#FRONTROWCares isn’t just a hashtag. It is also the CSR arm of FRONTROW Enterprise, the most successful multi-level marketing brand in The Philippines. 

Every FRONTROW member is treated like family and is set up for success with the values of hard work, determination, and empathy. You will see it in the thousands of stories here and abroad of people whose lives FRONTROW has changed. There are over 2 million FRONTROW distributors worldwide, and that number increases per day. 

You will also hear it from FRONTROW’s different ambassadors which range from beauty queens like Pia Wurtzbach and Rabiya Mateo to celebrities like Anne Curtis, Regine Velasquez, and Sharon Cuneta, along with wellness advocates and sports stars. FRONTROW creates a large community that looks toward making a better society. It’s why during this pandemic, FRONTROW upped their support programs and made sure no one is left behind. 

In a recent broadcast feature, FRONTROW highlighted how its business partners and distributors all believe in doing more for themselves and for their company. It was all about doing business not just by the numbers but by the lives that you touch.

RS Francisco, President of FRONTROW Enterprise and CEO Sam Verzosa talked about how it all started with blood, sweat, and tears. They are also proud of the honest work they live by. 

Both of them shared how they started from humble backgrounds. Life was never easy for both of them, and that’s why they learned to push themselves. It is also why they will always give back and find a way to help other people make the most out of what they have. Verzosa cites how even with the little they had, his father reminded him how to give. Francisco always knew that every triumph means you have a chance to be someone else’s source of hope. 

“We want to spread that culture of giving not just in our company, but all over the world,” says Verzosa. “We do this not just to help but also to inspire and encourage others to do the same.”

“Our motto in FRONTROW is that we are in the business of changing lives. The actual trophies that I cherish are the ones I see from the success of my distributors,” says Francisco. 

In 2017-2018, FRONTROW’s charity efforts were formalized with FRONTROW Cares. Before this, however, FRONTROW has been helping since day one. From frontliners to OFWs, FRONTROW was there. 

During the Taal Volcano calamity, FRONTROW handed out food bags and other donations. In the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, they launched E-Skwela to provide gadgets and Internet access to the students who needed aid as we adapted a blended learning/online-only approach.

Frontrow’s efforts are also seen with their partnerships with various organizations to help, even more, even those who are outside their business network. 

Within the FRONTROW family, they didn’t back down in making sure they will cope in this pandemic. FRONTROW didn’t retrench and still gave full compensation to their employees and active distributors. They also set up opportunities for their family members and loved ones. 

If we were to put a number on it, FRONTROW Enterprise efforts amount to PHP200 million in donations, and it’s still going. The American Association of the Philippines took notice of this with the following awards: Outstanding Pandemic Public Health Service Award for FRONTROW Enterprise Philippines Inc., and Philanthropist of the Year Awards for both Verzosa and Francisco.

In his acceptance speech, Verzosa stated how he always dreamt of being an agent of change. “I’m just grateful that I’m fulfilling that promise, that vow of helping my community, and now my country. I’m just blessed to be a blessing. As we say in FRONTROW, the true purpose of wealth is to help others.”

On the other hand, FRONTROW President RS Francisco said in his acceptance speech, that, “It is actually second nature for us to reach out to the Filipinos even before the pandemic.” He went through the start of FRONTROW briefly and saw its vision despite the naysayers. “When multilevel marketing is done properly, with the purest intentions, and with your own heart and spirit—that you just want to help alleviate the problems of the people—I believe God up above will send his guidance and blessing.” 

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to businesses, FRONTROW still made charity a priority. It’s all about being there for one another, especially in the toughest times.
