LOOK: Maxene Magalona, Angelica Panganiban, Glaiza de Castro bond through yoga

Some bond through food, others through sports. But for friends and actresses Maxene Magalona, Angelica Panganiban and Glaiza de Castro, yoga is what keeps them tighter and closer.

Magalona expressed her appreciation for her two celebrity buddies in her Instagram page last Tuesday, Aug. 25, where she posted a photo of them from their session.

“Yo, God! Maraming salamat po sa yoga,” she said. (Thank you very much for the yoga.)

Magalona could not believe that the three of them had been doing yoga for a month now. She described it as one month “of consistent yoga and meditation practice with bonus chikahan and iyakan (chats and tears).”

“Minsan, ang pinakamasarap talaga sa buhay ay ‘yung mga bagay na hindi mo pinlano, natural lang nangyayari at kahit kailan hindi mo inakala,” she added.

(Sometimes, the best things in life are those that you did not plan, which naturally just happens and you never ever expected.)

The yoga instructor also wanted to share comforting words to those who are feeling lonely.

“Hindi ka nag-iisa. Taos puso kang mag-dasal palagi at manalig ka lamang sa Panginoon dahil hinding hindi ka Niya pababayaan,” she said. (You are not alone. Always pray fervently and have faith in God because He will not forsake you.) JB
