RLC Residences, together with Humble Sustainability, encourage homeowners to declutter responsibly as they birthed their “Minimize Waste, Maximize Space” passion program to pioneer circular living in the country’s residential industry.

RLC Residences is one with Humble Sustainability in their advocacy on zero-waste circular living – which loses the cycle of taking raw materials and replaces it with renewable and non-renewable resources. A circular economy involves leasing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing, and recycling existing materials and products as long as possible, therefore extending the life cycle of products. Through this initiative, the RLC Sustainability Strategy raises the bar in protecting the environment with the circular economy project. By raising awareness, not only will it solidify RLC’s commitment to sustainability, it will also inspire condo residents to live smart and productively.

The process is simple: Condo dwellers of RLC Residences only need to gather pre-loved items — usable or not usable, broken or incomplete — and book a collection or pick-up schedule. Humble will collect, recycle, or upcycle your pre-loved items and give them a second life, with the help of their sustainability partners. Anything homeowners don’t find useful anymore, from clothes, shoes, books, broken appliances, and furniture – you name it, will be accepted regardless of its size and value across drop off areas in The Sapphire Bloc, East of Galleria, The Pearl Place, and Galleria Regency. Soon, more RLC Residences developments will also be given a chance to clean up their home spaces in an eco-friendly way.
