TuneIN, a free online music and wellness program, will provide relaxation and stress relief, conducted via Zoom on Nov. 5, 1-2:30 p.m. Designed to address the mental and physical wellness needs of individuals amid the pandemic, it increases self-awareness and develops the coping skills of the audience.
Apart from allowing attendees to experience the diverse therapeutic characteristics of music, the webinar likewise elaborates on how the art form affects the well-being of an individual, be it through singing, listening or moving to the rhythm. The workshop reveals the different methodologies for one’s own music therapy at home.
Hosted by the Music Production Program of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde School of Design and Arts, the session will be facilitated by Janine Flores, TJ Media Philippines recording artist, piano teacher and educator. She also teaches young student artists of the college.
