Former broadcaster Ces Drilon tested positive for COVID-19 but that did not deter her from pursuing her passion for organic farming and gardening.
âWhat isolation looks like,â she said while showing photos of herself gardening, via her Instagram page yesterday, Jan. 10. âAfter testing positive last Friday night, (I had two successive tests that day – one negative and the second i-Chroma antigen showed me positive) Iâve been using the time to do a little R & D for Provenciana.”
Thankfully, Drilon’s case was not severe, so she is still able to work on her garden.
âI have barely any symptoms, thankfully – proof that VACCINES WORK,â she said.
âSo if you get exposed to someone who is positive, best to assume that you have the virus and isolate right away to prevent passing it on to others,â she added, noting that her exposure was very brief as it was âless than 15 minutes.â
Trying to be responsible, she did what was necessary as soon as she found out about herself being infected.

âIâve informed all those Iâve come into contact with about my test result so they can take precautions too,â she said. âMeantime am staying upbeat, keeping busy with the garden and air drying leaves and flowers that may go into use for my enterprise Provenciana. Stay safe and keep the positive vibes going.â
Drilon has recently been attending classes that teaches how to extract essences from plants which she spoke about in her Jan. 7 post. In the class, Drilon âlearned how to extract the life essences of plants for healing and nurturing.â
