The Artery Manila, in cooperation with Gallery Nine, presents “So Be It,” the seventh annual Kristo Manila art exhibit.
The Artery Manila, a literary and visual arts group based in Malate, has been producing the annual Lenten exhibitions since 2005. Kristo Manila has since been an alternative venue for reflection and meditation in observance of the Holy Week.
More than 100 artists, including painters, sculptors, illustrators, photographers and graffiti artists, are joining this year’s event.

“We are very excited since this is the first time that other art forms, such as sculpture and photography, are included in the exhibit,” says Delan Lopez Robillos, managing director of The Artery Manila.
“We are also overwhelmed to know that over a hundred artists are participating. This is a first in the Kristo Manila exhibition and it simply means that we are getting positive reception from the art community regardless of faith or religion.”
“So Be It” will be held March 23-April 8 at Art Center, Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
